The ForeverGreen Economy Air System 3 Includes a GAST model 75R640 twin cylinder pump.This unit is rated 40 psi and has 4.45 cfm open flow (115 volt) with 4 ft. power cord or GAST model 75R647cfm if 230 volt in desired.

 

This model is a 30 psi rated pump with 5.1 cfm open flow and has pigtail leads and a remote capacitor. (add $30.00 for 230 volt). Either model can be used in deep water to 50 ft or very long tubing runs up to 3000 ft.

 

Three self weighted Vertex CoActive airstations are included along with a 3 outlet manifold,pressure relief valve and a liquid filled pressure gauge. A high capacity air filter / muffler is also standard. Warranty is 1 year on the compressor 5 years on the Vertex Airstations and 15 years on ForeverSink self weighted tubing (tubing NOT included)

Each AirStation™ consists of two self-cleaning, 9" diameter flexible membrane diffusers of EPDM compound with 100% rebound memory. Each diffuser station is equipped with a vacuum-formed HDPE base; sonic spot-welded to provide unit integrity. Base unit (17.25"L x 13.25"W x 3.35"D) has a hollow chamber design for the addition of gravel ballast and a lipped design to prevent settling into soft bottom sediments. Independently tested pumping rates provide confidence that system design will successfully provide specified oxygen transfer to the water body.
