The ForeverGreen Economy Air System 4 comes with 4 Vertex CoActive AirStations and is powered by a Gast 230 volt ONLY 5.1 cfm 30 psi twin cylinder piston compressor. Model #75R647 1/3 hp, pigtail leads and a remote capacitor are included.

 

All Economy systems come with your choice of either Standard or Shallow Water Vertex CoActive Airstations. A liquid filled pressure gauge and preset pop off valve are included with an over sized 8 cfm air filter/ muffler combination. These units can be used in deep water to 50 ft and long tubing runs to 3000 ft. Warranties are 15 years on ForeverSink weighted tubing (sold separately) 5 years on Vertex AirStations and 1 year on Gast compressor.

Each AirStation™ consists of two self-cleaning, 9" diameter flexible membrane diffusers of EPDM compound with 100% rebound memory. Each diffuser station is equipped with a vacuum-formed HDPE base; sonic spot-welded to provide unit integrity. Base unit (17.25"L x 13.25"W x 3.35"D) has a hollow chamber design for the addition of gravel ballast and a lipped design to prevent settling into soft bottom sediments. Independently tested pumping rates provide confidence that system design will successfully provide specified oxygen transfer to the water body.
