The ForeverGreen Economy 1 XL5 EXTREME LIFT is powered by a Gast twin cylinder piston model #75R640 115 volt 40 psi max and 4.45 cfm open flow. The XL5 operating range is from 2.5 to 6.25 cfm. Pumping capacity to 12,500 gpm. This system uses the newest StableTrak and FlowControl technology that is a Vertex exclusive. (see XL5 Airstation for details). This pump comes with a liquid filled pressure gauge a brass preset pop off valve and rubber motor mounts. A high capacity (8cfm) air filter/ muffler is also included.
ForeverSink weighted tubing sold seperately in 100-75-50 and 25 ft increments. Factory warranties are 15 yr. on ForeverSink tubing, 5 year on Vertex AirStation and 1 year on compressor.
Diffuser station consists of five self-cleaning, 9" diameter, flexible-membrane diffusers of EPDM compound with 100% rebound memory, each producing millions of fine 500 to 3000 micron bubbles. Includes FlowControl™ technology that equalizes airflow to all diffusers on uneven bottoms and StableTrak™ technology which stabilizes the bubble column increasing pumping velocity. Each diffuser station is equipped with a vacuum-formed HDPE base, sonic spot-welded to provide unit integrity. Base unit (28.0"L x 28.0"W x 10.5"D) has a hollow chamber design for the addition of inert pea gravel ballast and have lipped design to prevent settling into soft bottom sediments.
